Comments:Based upon restaurant designation and status of permit, the kitchen should be upgraded to include a 3 compartment sink and/or commercial style dishwashing machine to provide adequate cleaning/ sanitizing capability for multiuse tableware, food prep utensils, etc.
Owner represents that kitchen upgrade w/submission of plans, is anticipated within 6-12 months.
Recommended for permit renewal at this time.
