  • 1800 - The kitchen fan was dusty.

  • 2190 - Repeat One hand sink in the restroom had separate hot and cold water faucets. The cold water at the other sink in the restroom was not working.
    There should be a mixing type faucet on the sink. Repair the other faucet to restore cold water.
  • 2930 - There were gaps under the back kitchen door and around the large garage type door in the stock room. Several of the hallway doors also had gaps under them.
    All outer doors should be tight fitting with no gaps.
  • 3170 - There were holes at the wall / floor juncture of the back storage room that went through to the exterior of the building.

    The hand sink with separate hot and cold faucets should be equipped with a mixing type faucet. Spring valves must be adjusted to stay on for at least 15 seconds. The other hand sink should be repaired.
