The foil on the bread toaster needs to be changed daily and the bread toaster needs to be cleaned.

Comments:The following observations were made:
1. Grease build-up on the sides of the grill; clean.
2. Grease & dust build-up on the table and shelves the grill is sitting on; clean the areas.
3. No thermometer inside the small reach-in refrigerator sitting on the prep table. Note: the food temperatures inside the unit were correct.
4. Cutting board - pitted, food stains; needs to be cleaned.
5. Vents in the ceiling in the food prep area has an accumulation of dust, etc.; need to be cleaned.
6. Trash accumulation in the parking lot; pickup the trash in the parking lot.
