Elevate food storage onto approved shelving with minimum 6" legs or casters.
- 1700 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Quaternary Ammonium sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration.
Adjust the sanitizing solution to 200 parts per million or otherwise identified by manufacturer's recommendations.
Comments:
Both violations corrected during inspection. 2008 Permit Issued. PIC was given 2008 Food Handlers Class Schedule.

Reshield or provide shatter-proof bulbs.

Label with product name to prevent misuse.
Comments:
Quick walk-through conducted. Temperatures okay. Make sure you stir foods often (ie mac and cheese) to keep the temperature up.

Use a scoop with a handle to prevent contamination by hands.
- 3030 - No papertowels at two handsinks in back kitchen area.
Provide papertowels for proper hand-drying. Manager states as soon as the key to the paper-towel holder is found, they can replace the papertowels. I informed the manager that towels can still be placed at the sink for use.
- 3660 - Health permit not posted for public view.
Post for public view. If unable to find permit, I will provide you another copy.
