Have these units repaired, and do not keep food in them more an 4 hours until they are repaired. After 4 hours the food must go in the trash. Call when the units have been repaired.

    Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41F (45F) or below. Units must be repaired by next week. Any foods that have been in these units more than 4 hours are to be put in the trash.
  • 1700 - Critical Dishwasher sanitizer temperature is only 165 degrees.
    Must be at least 180 degrees. Must use chlorine to sanitize until the repair is made. Must be repaired by next week.
  • 2740 - Trash and litter were observed adjacent to the refuse container outside the facility. very dirty and stinks.
    The refuse container storage area and grounds adjacent to the container are to be maintained clean and sanitary. Must clean under the dumpster.

    Must replace the power strip with a new one that is capable of suppling the amps this unit requires.
  • 1570 - The self serve soup units were observed in a state of disrepair and damaged. The handles to the lids were missing.
    Replace the handles on these units.

Must repair freezer that is cold holding at refrigerator temperatures. This unit was not used as a freezer at this time.
