Facility permit will be changed from a 02 Convenient store to a 26 Prepackaged Grocery store. Facility will be undergoing extensive repairs through the next couple of months. Followup visit is scheduled.

Comments:
Hot dogs on warmer for >4 hours. Recommended that they keep a chart to record how long each hot dog has been on. Explained complaint and did not find violations regarding minimizing bare hand contact due to the presence of tongs.
