    Alter or replace the warewashing machine so that an audible or visual warning is given when more chemical sanitizer needs to be added.
  • 1700 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration.
    Adjust the chlorine sanitizing solution to a level of at least 50 parts per million when the pH is at 8 or less and the water temperature is 75F. Corrected during inspection and manager to keep check on concentration and have unit repaired if needed.
  • 2000 - Single service and Single-use articles were found stored on the floor in the outside storage Building.

dispensing equipment.
C. When otherwise approved, food employees not serving a highly susceptible population
may contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands.
D. Food employees shall minimize bare hand and arm contact with exposed food that is not
in a ready to eat form.S

temperature, pH, concentration, and hardness.*
A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation at
exposure times specified under 12 VAC 5-421-1900 C shall be listed in 40 CFR 180.940 Sanitizing
solutions, shall be used in accordance with the EPA-approved manufacturer's label use instructions,
and shall be used as follows:
1. A chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and pH
of the solution as listed in the following chart;
