• 0570 - When tested, no sanitizer or a low concentration of chemical sanitizer was found in the wiping cloth bucket storing wiping cloths used on food contact surfaces.
  Provide sanitizer at proper concentration and immerse or expose food contact surfaces to sanitizing solution for adequate time.
• 0620 - Food stored under sewer lines. (coffee beans)
  Relocate food storage to an approved area or shield the sewer lines to intercept potential drips.
• 0830 - Critical The prepared ready-to-eat (RTE) foods in the refrigeration unit is not properly dated for disposition.
  Mark the name and "consume by" date on the container of RTE foods at the time of preparation if the food is to be held for more than 24 hours. If the food is held at 41F or below the food shall be served or sold within 7 calendar days. Some harmful bacteria continue to grow even at refrigeration temperatures so limiting the amount of time in storage limits the amount of growth allowed for these bacteria.
• 2000 - Single service containers were found stored .in the cacinet under sewer line.
  Store single service containers in a clean, dry location where not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination at least 6 inches above the floor.
• 2000 - Coffee filter were observed stored unprotected.
  Store coffee filters in the original protective package to protect from contamination until used.
• 2020 C - Unwrapped straws were provided at the consumer self-service counter.
  Provide wrapped straws or an approved dispenser for straws at the consumer self-service counter to prevent consumer contamination of multiple straws.
• 2350 - Critical No hot water at the hand sink in the front counter.
  All repairs to plumbing equipment and lines are to be in accordance with law. Properly repair the equipment.

• 0200 - Employees wearing jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.
  Ensure employees are not wearing jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. This section does not apply to a plain ring such as a wedding band.
• 1320 - The temperature measuring device located in the Delfield refrigerator is not easily readable.
  Provide an easily readable thermometer so employees can accurately read the thermometer.
• 2020 - Plastic forks and spoons were found displayed or dispensed with the food or lip-contact surface facing upward.
  Store the plastic tableware with food or lip-contact surface facing downward to prevent contamination prior to use.
