Food illness complaint:A hazard analysis of the food items described did not identify a current problem with food handling procedures and practices. Ground beef patties today are cooked to greater than 165 F.PHFs are held at proper temperature and timers are in use. Refrigeration temperatures are satisfactory.It appears that handwash is occurring; gloves are worn for handling sandwiches today.(separate gloves for raw product) There were no other reports of illness during this investigation and no lab reports were available to indicate a food borne illness. No employees, according to management ,were ill or had open cuts/wounds/boils during this time.Employees were also questioned and they were unaware of any GI related reports of illness among customers or other employees.No food samples were available. 487 customers were served on 01-01-2005; 421 -10 to 1 burgers were sold.;356 fries.No chemical storage/labeling problems were noted.
