Visited facility in response to customer complaint alleging seeing roaches in bar area on 1/13/06 between 6-9 p.m. Checked bar area-no insects observed. No sign of insect presence observed. Discussed prevention-facility will seal all cracks and crevices in this area. Pest control company treats monthly. Facility will have treatment performed this week.
