Correct by discarding. Leftovers kept for teachers need to be cooled from 135 to 70 degrees in 2 hours and finish cooling to 41 degrees in next 4 hours-do not keep >7 days.

Infant 1 refrigerator 46-47 degrees on thermometer in unit-needs defrosting-keep at 41 degrees or less. Infant 2 refrigerator-39 degrees.
