10/5/15 - 11:25am-11:45am - I did not observe any improper glove use during inspection but spoke with the person in charge and employees about changing gloves after handling anything dirty. I told them not to use the same gloves to handle or prepare food that was being used when they touched their phones. 1:15pm - Called complainant and left voice message.
No violation noted during this evaluation.

    Observation: Observed butter and half & half packets stored at room temperature. Observed hot dogs, bologna, and butter cold holding at improper temperatures in the small prep table next to grill.
    Correction: Either cold hold butter and half & half packets at 41°F or below by using ice/refrigeration OR purchase brands that do not require refrigeration. Maintain all TCS food at 41°F or below in prep unit by adjusting thermostat.
  • Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (repeated violation)
    Observation: Incorrect test kit being used to test chlorine sanitizer.
    Correction: Obtain a chlorine test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.

    Observation: The following foods were cold holding at improper temperatures in the prep table, salad bar, and 3-door reach in refrigerator: pasta salad, ham, potato salad, hot dog, butter, block cheese, packaged butter, and watermelon.
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. Adjust thermostat on all 3 units to maintain proper food temperatures.

Prices for dressing on salad are crazy. .50 cent for large packet but if you get a tiny bit of the dressing you have to weigh its 1.47. Just seems silly to charge that much after you're already paying big $$ on the salad itself
