The only raw product used is ground turkey. It is cooked from the frozen state.
Very small quantities of food are kept in the facility.
Reminder: Bleach water used for food contact surfaces, dishes, and utensils can only be 50-100 ppm. Stronger bleach water can be used on all other surfaces in the facility.
Employee health policy is currently in place.
