Generally, facility was clean and well ordered. Person in charge was knowledgeable, checking food temperatures, good code dating of prepared foods, good separation of raw meats vs. ready to eat foods, wearing gloves when making sandwiches. Reviewed employee heath policy and prevention measures for Norovirus.
