Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials

-- Caulk crack at rear of counter top.
-- Raise shelving until lower shelf is 6" off of floor. Seal shelving to floor and caulk crack.
-- Designate wash / rinse / sanitize bays of sink arrangement.
-- Need towel dispenser in kitchen.
-- Install backflow prevention devices on mop sink faucets.
-- Sanitize sink must have indirect drain per code.
-- Acquire chemical test strips for sanitizer in use at sink.
