Comments:
The following observations were made:
1. The shelving underneath the reach-in coolers containing milk, etc. needs to be cleaned.
2. Remove plastic & paper liners under the packaged raw meats, etc. The liners are blocking the cold air from circulating and not keeping the raw packaged meat products the proper cold holding temperatures.

The gasket on the door of the walk-in cooler in the meat processing area is torn completely away from the door and needs to be replaced.
