Visited facility in response to customer complaint alleging that on 3/11/06 around 1:00 p.m.-complainant observed manager take money at register 2 different times and resumed making dough without washing hands. Inspection did not observe a violation during discussion with manager. Cover with all employees the regulation regarding handwashing. (observed one employee take money and wash hands before resuming work).
