    Ensure cloths used for wiping food spills are not used for any other purpose.
  • 0570 - Improper use of dry wiping cloths. Used to dry/wipe plastic dishes after washing.
    Ensure dry cloths are used for wiping food spills from tableware and carryout containers.
  • 1060 - The nonfood contact surface of the pass through window/counter is not corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and/or smooth.
    Nonfood contact equipment that is exposed to splash, spillage, food soiling, or requires frequent cleaning must be smooth, durable, and nonabsorbent.
  • 1530 - There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
    Obtain a quaternary test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.
  • 1580 - The meat slicer blade is rusted. The food contact surface is no longer easily cleaned and sanitized due to condition.
    Resurface or discard and replace the meat slicer to provide a food contact surface that is smooth, easily cleaned and sanitized.
