0550 - Dispensing utensils improperly stored between uses. 1570 - Paper towel dispenser in employee rest room is not maintained in good repair. Replace paper towel dispenser.
1780 - Critical Can opener blade and handle are soiled to sight and touch. Clean can opener and blade.
1800 - Green wire shelving has an accumulation of grime and debris. Clean green wire shelving periodically to prevent build up of grime and debris.
2650 - Trash can needed at rear handsink. Provide trash can.
3170 - Light bulb burned out in employee rest-room. Replace light bulb.
Chlorine sanitizer concentration is satisfactory.

All previous violations have been corrected. The doors are being sealed and monitored to ensure repairs are done completely. The plastic lids for pizza trays are being discarded as they become cracked. Thank you for your compliance.
