Dishmachine run twice, tested at approximately 200 ppm cl both runs. Reminder - target for chlorine sanitizer is 50-100 ppm chlorine can continue to use up to 200 ppm. Maintain the corrected item as corrected. EHS provided facility GM with sanitizer logs. Recommend using to help staff test sanitizer more often.
