1570 - Corrected During Inspection Superior upright cooler was observed in a condition that prevents necessary and easy cleaning - condensation drain line blocked. Repair the Superior upright cooler drain to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

Purpose of site visit: follow-up on change of ownership inspection because of repeat violations. All violations corrected from November 14, 2008 inspection except debris on pizza roller. Adjusted concentration of sanitizer in 3-vat sink. Facility has a current Certificate of Occupancy as per Prince William Code Enforcement. No cooking, cooling, reheating or special procedures observed. Employee health policy in place. No consumer advisory needed for menu.

1100 - Repeat The food contact surface of the underside of the blade assembly is not accessible for cleaning and inspection. Multiuse food contact surfaces shall be accessible for cleaning and inspection: 1. without being dissambled. 2. by disassembling without the use of tools. or 3. by easy disassembling with use of handheld tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, open-end wrenches and Allen wrenches.
1320 - Repeat There was no temperature measuring device located in the top-loading and upright freezers. Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
