Bar shelves are under construction. Manager states all surfaces will be non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Spray hose for the 3 compartment sink needs to be equip with a back flow prevention device as soon as possible to prevent water contamination. Walk-in cooler floor to also be repaired from the floor buckling. Advised manager to grade beer cooler to drain to prevent water build-up.
Facility is planning to use time as a control for the white sauce. Manager will e-mail EHS with plan to be approve.
