Push cart serving pre-made Italian Ice. Hot water is available for hand washing. An umbrella is provided, but a overhead canopy may be used. Sneeze guards provided.

Gloves must be worn when scooping Italian ice. Wash hands each time before donning new gloves. Thorough hand washing includes scrubbing hands for at least 20 seconds. Change gloves when they become contaminated.
