    Observation: The inner panel of ice machine observed with heavy accumulation of mildew. As per the operator said ice is used for consumption.
    Correction: Ice machine must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

    Observation: Three dented cans of fruits were observed.
    Correction: Segregate products for credit, redemption, or return (damage, spoiled or recalled items) from other food, equipment, linens and single-service and single-use articles being used in the establishment to avoid the mistaken use of these items. Operator voluntarily placed said dented cans separate in designated location for return.
