    Observation: When tested, no sanitizer or a low concentration of chemical sanitizer was found in the sanitize basin. Operator will use bleach until quat sanitizer is ordered. Inspector provided bleach test strips and tested the sanitizer solution.
    Correction: Provide bleach sanitizer at proper concentration of 150ppm and immerse or expose food contact surfaces to sanitizing solution for adequate time.
