Facility is clean and well equipted. Door screen and window screens are in place. Ready to permit.

Violations: - 1180 - The food temperature measuring is not present in the kitchen.
Provide a temperature measuring device that is accurate within +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use. Correct before opening.
- 1530 - There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
Obtain a chlorine test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level. Correct before opening.
Comments:
Reminder: All food handlers must be in good health 72 hours prior to working with foods. Keep all hot dogs and chili during hot holding at 135 or above. Reheat all products to 165. No food hold overs. Keep all cold holding at 41 and below. ( Bathroom floors should be resealed before orgainics are absorbed into the bare concrete.)
