All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner and to prevent a source of food for insects.
Comments:
Complaint on jelly jars at breakfast been placed on tables and using common spoon-dirty with eggs on. Insects in kitchen. Discussed with manager and advised to dispense on plates during service by servers or individuial packets of jelly- which they opted to do. Noinsects found in kitchen
