Spray hose has a backflow prevention device. This is GREAT!

    Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.

Violation: 6-303.11A - Inadequate light was noted in the walk in cooler.
Provide at least 10 foot candles at a distance of 30 inches from the floor in the walk-in refrigeration units and dry storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning.

This visit was made to conduct a routine inspection. Please review the following comments:

1. Please correct the noted violation by the next routine inspection.
2. Please conduct detail cleaning to floors in the kitchen and walk in cooler.
