Noted the following: (1) This hot dog cart had no 3-compartment sink.There was a pail with bleach water for washing utensils and the 3-sink method of warewashing was not being followed; and (2) sanitizer in container for hands. Discussed proper utensil washing and washing every 4 hours. Also talked about having extra utensil on hand. To meet with owner and discussed operation of hot dog cart
