Comments:
Mobile unit was set up and operating at the Multi Cultural Festival at Chickahominy Riverfront Park. Wipes being used as alternative handwashing are baby wipes with aloe. These are not recommended. Alcohol based wipes are preferred. Water used today was from the spigot at the festival site.
