Inspection to change from Cafeteria to Concession. No violations. Facility is open 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The menu reflects coffee products made at the facility and prepared baked goods, salads, and sandwiches made at Shaefer Court, the west end campus. Coffee pots and other serving utensils will be purchsed (already ordered) to switch out and clean once every 4 hour period. This can be done since there already exists a delivery service to this facility from the other campus. If the menu here changes, the three compartment sink issue may need to be addressed.

0240 - Employees observed working in the food service area without proper hair restraints. (a hat is available ) Ensure all employees wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food clean equipment, utensils, and linens, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
1460 - There is no 3-vat sink located in the establishment. Install a 3-vat sink allowing employees to manually wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
1570 - The refigerator display case has a broken mirror side and was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged. Repair the broken glass to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
