I called company at 877-386-4567 and spoke with Diane Megler who said that customers are told that use of sanitizer will errode o-rings quicker. I advised her that if any of their customers are told not to use sanitizer it would be in direct conflict with state food regulations that state that all food contact surfaces be sanitized after cleaning. She said she would send an e-mail out to notify the company of this issue.
3. Store handles of scoops up out of contact with food, such as salsa, at prep line.
