All Potentially hazardous foods on prep line and in equiptment fount to be at acceptable temperatures (cold foods scanned at 41 F or below; all hot foods at temperatures above 140F). Inspection to follow-up on violations encounter 6/12/06: New handsink has been installed. General cleaning improved. Grout repair work on floor tiles has begun. Dumpster area in good condition. Overall, much improved.
