No violations noted at time of inspection. Facility also inspected today by Bud Anderson of VDACS. Because health department is permitting VDACS will no longer inspect.

Violation: 0820 A 1 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Refrigerated prep unit at 55F.
Adjust unit to keep temperature at 41F or below. Remove any phfs that have been in the tdz for more than 4 hours. Do not store any phfs until unit is at 41F or below. Contact when unit is operation.
Comments:
Dishmachine sanitizer at 100ppm. Unit has sanitizer alarm.
