Violation: 0820 A 2 - Critical Foods in refrigerator cold holding at improper temperatures. Internal temperature of several food items showed 44 degrees F. Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Adjust thermostat on unit to maintain foods at 41 degrees F or below even during busy times.
