If unable to repair the @EQUIPMENT@, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. - 2350 ii - Repeat Plumbing connections under the dishwasher are leaking. Men's toilet room - leak at the urinal.
Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair. - 2660 - There is no covered refuse container for the disposal of feminine napkins in the ladies room stall.
Install a covered refuse container for the disposal of feminine napkins in the ladies room stall. - 2810 - The repair on the drain lines are not smooth and easily cleanable. The wood finish on the door of the emloyee's toilet room is worn.
Repair or replace floor or floor covering to make it smooth and easily cleanable. Re-seal the employees' toilet room door. - 3170 - The following physical structures are not maintained in good repair: Men's toilet room's divider at the urinal has loose contact paper and cracks between blocks at the toilet, and the ventillation does not appear to be working properly in the toilet rooms (mens').
Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities. Do not use contact paper for a divider covering - surface must be smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. - 3180 (Toilet Rooms) - Toilet room in need of cleaning. Employees' Ladies' - dirty toilet, handsink; public ladies' - dirty toilet, handsink and floors/walls; Men's - dirty base of toilet (employee's), Men's (public) - dirty handsink.
Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.
The Town of Marion utilizes the same facility as District 3.

Provide a temperature measuring device that is accurate within +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use. - 1770 A - Critical The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: Norlake milk cooler.
Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact. - 2350 ii - The plumbing under the dishwasher and sinks are in poor repair.
Repair and maintain all plumbing components and fixtures.
