Found the following: (1) The cleaning of floors, equipment and non-food contact surfaces was much improved; (2) The walls , flooring and ceiling of the W-in cooler were cleaned;(3) Some unused equipment were found removed from the premises; (4) The damaged exterior wall of the W-in cooler was found repaired to some extent; (5) The washroom fixtures and electrical wall receptacle were found cleaned; (6) There was still no light inside the W-in freezer and the ice build-up was still evident; and (7) there was no clutter of boxes ouside of the premises near to the back door.
Food Permit was issued with the understanding that an upkeep of the facility must be maintained on a frequent basis.
