    --Food Facility Person in Charge not able to provide documentation that jams, jellies (Aunt Ruthie's, Falls, PA), and cookies (Tao of Delicious Bake Shop, Harford, PA) are from an approved source. All products were removed from sale during this inspection until it can be verified that the products were obtained from an approved source.
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    --Observed bags of flour stored directly on the floor in dry storage area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.

    --Non-food contact surfaces (bulk food ingredient bins) not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of flour residue.
