    --Salads and sandwich wraps are now being made and in the cooler for grab n go retail sale. However, the ingredient statements are not being provided as all the other items are (since being previously cited). Also, the bun ingredients for the hoagies are not being provided.
  • Backflow Prevention Device when Required, Backflow Prevention Device on Carbonator (46.823(d)(e))
    --Noted no backflow prevention device on the mop sink hose attached to the faucet arm and hanging below the flood rim. Hose was removed. Attain such a device if left back on the faucet.
