--A combination detergent/sanitizer is required to clean and sanitize food contact surfaces in a two bay sink. Sterasheen was obtained. Observed food handlers washing and rinsing equipment without sanitizing. Proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures were discussed with the food handlers.
