    --HUSKY fryer scouring powder (msds indicates not a hazardous chemical), used in cleaning fryers and remains as a residue in cooking oil was left without a cover in the storage room resulting in a powder residue on adjacent food contact surfaces. Facility was instructed to cover this cleaning powder when not actively in use.
  • Operation & Maintenance of Storage Areas, Redeeming Machines, Waste Receptacles & Waste Handling Units (46.884)
    --Outside waste handling unit and storage area was extremely dirty, and trash was observed on hillside and exterior of trash bins.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Floor, in the prep area, is made of cracked tile and is missing grout, and is not durable, smooth, non-porous, non-absorbent.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Old food debris and grease observed in the corners and floor/wall junction in tthe breading area and frying area of the food facility, and is in need of cleaning.
