    --Thermometers for ensuring proper food temperatures were not calibrated properly. Four food probes read 22*, 25*F, 27*F, & 11*F in a 32*F ice bath. All were calibrated during the inspection. Check routinely to ensure compliance. REPEAT VIOLATION.
  • Labeling (46.422)
    --Noted the in-house made hoagies are labeled with the ingredients EXCEPT the bun ingredients. It was stated that the buns are bought in bulk from Nickles. The bulk bags do not come with an ingredient label. The company will be contacted for the ingredients. Post at point of sale or on each hoagie label.
  • 3 Pa.C.S.A Secs. 6501-6510 (FEC)
    --Tiffany states that she has as food safety cerficate, but can NOT locate it at this time. If found, fax certificate to the Region 4 Dept of Agriculture at 724-443-8150 (fax) 724-443-1585 (phone).

Best food at great prices. Owners are very friendly and would help anyone with anything. Highly recommend stopping in for lunch!!
