The Buttercreme Baker was established in 2009 by Artisan Baker, Doris W. Farrar. Though Doris is predominantly self-taught, she learned a great deal about the Pastry Arts as a child underfoot in her grandmother's kitchen.
That was over 25 years ago and she has been on her culinary journey ever since.
