DURING T/O 5 KNOTS BELOW ROTATION, THEY HEARD A LRG BANG AND ABORTED T/O. NOSE COVER HAD BLOCKED WINDSHLD. HIT NOSE, RT ENG AND RT PROP. DEER DECAPITATED, ALL LEGS SEVERED. FRACTURED NOSE CONE, DMG AT LEAT 2 PROP BLADES. SEVERELY BENT SKIN & STRUCTURAL AREAS ON FUSELAGE, AND RT ENG NACELLE. CLOSED RWY. CONTACTED FAA (DARREN BROWN AND STATE POLICE WHO ALL FILED REPORTS.
