APPEARED TO HAVE SPLATTERED ALL THE WAY AFT TO THE L/E OF THE LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.

Hello, I'm looking for a contact number for Naval Airstation Chambers Field in Norfolk, Va. We have a tracking report showing a shipment went there. I am trying to locate the shipment in order to verify, but I'm having a very hard time locating a ph number to call. Thank you
