The Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Paul - Riverfront is located at 11 East Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55101. Port of Call Lounge is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 am and Sunday from 11:00 am to 12:00 am midnight. There is also dining in the lounge.
