White Water Canyon

White Water Canyon may not sound like a water park, but that is exactly what it is. White Water was San Diego's first park for water activities. Technically, the water park is in Chula Vista, a part of greater San Diego. White Water Canyon offers slides, pool, and plenty of adventure for everyone. They have 16 slides within a four story building.

There is also a 1,250 square foot running river for lazy days on the water. A children's activity pool keeps the younger kids safe and happy. The wave pool has 500,000 gallons of water, which circulates with wave sets to keep individuals on their toes. White Water Canyon is a total of 32 acres, as a theme park for families in the area. It has a Gold Rush theme based on the 1890s. To get to the park visitors need to find 2052 Otay Valley Road.

Hours and pricing changes each year, so it is best to check White Water Canyon for their current seasonal prices. The hours are extended in summer when the children are out of school and need something to occupy them with. Children of a certain age will require parents to attend with them.
