Lubbock Coming Up To The Times With New Water Towers

Could it be? It is. Lubbock is still stuck in the 1970s with the water tower inventory it currently has. You would think that, if the city had done some more aggressive growing in the '70s and '80s, then maybe, we would have seen what the city is fixin' to build about thirty years ago, at least in part.

But, alas, Lubbock is just now getting to this.

Look, it's better late than never at all. Lubbock is finally replacing their three...
