• Dig 1 ditch, 25ft long, 3+ ft deep, about 2ft wide. (part of mine ran under a fence into the next lot)
• Line with landscape fabric, not the woven kind.
• Lay a bed of gravel.
• Lay perforated pipe. I used 2 sections of pipe that has fake gravel inside of a sock.
• Run ABS pipe from washer drain line to ditch and connect.
• Do a load of laundry and observe water drainage patterns.
• Adjust if necessary and do another load to verify corrections.
