hunterseat df: Hunter Seat Equitation is a division that is judged on the ability and the style of the rider. The riders can be judged both over fences and on the flat.

Although true, hunters DO eat, at least the skilled ones do, my name derives from the world of horses.

And because the word hunter is in my name, people automatically think I'm a guy. Not even close.

Whenever I meet someone named Hunter I have to bite my tongue to keep from saying "That's my name, too!"

It ain't about food...

...and I use the word ain't for emphasis.

There's this new discovery. It's a Vegan Chocolate pudding with unsweetened coconut milk. Instead of maple syrup (blech) I used half that amount of Agave (mmm... tequila) OH.MY.GOODNESS.

So the diet thing is going really well. Jeff's lost 5 pounds in two days. He's doing a lot of hiking. The greatest thing is not being hungry. Sometimes I think 75% of my hunger is in my head. I want to eat to live, not live to eat.

With Jeff, and sorry honey if you read this, he thinks about food all the time. He discusses it before meals, after meals, on the way to a restaurant, at the restaurant, on the way home from the restaurant. He watches the Food Network a LOT. He's a great and fun cook. I don't want to discourage that but he really sabotages himself by not controlling those thoughts.

But everything is going well!! So far!
